What began as a commitment to better building methods quickly became a passion for redefining what a pool can be. We saw the limitations of conventional construction and knew there was a smarter, stronger approach — one that prioritizes structural integrity without sacrificing design.

Justin Wallace
A fourth-generation builder with more than 20 years of experience in Insulating Concrete Form (ICF) construction, Justin Wallace brings deep structural expertise to every project. He currently serves as Technical Director for BuildBlock Building Systems, remaining at the forefront of high-performance ICF innovation.
He specializes in high-performance ICF construction methodologies, structural design integration, and advanced building science applications. His ongoing leadership in the ICF industry keeps him at the forefront of reinforced concrete innovation and thermal performance standards.
At AquaForm, Justin applies this deep technical knowledge to aquatic construction—integrating reinforced ICF wall systems, superior insulation performance, and engineered structural solutions into every pool and spa. Each project is approached with a balanced synergy of aesthetic design and high performance, ensuring exceptional durability, energy efficiency, and long-term structural integrity.

Rodrigo Silva
Rodrigo Silva, the lead at Saints Services, brings extensive expertise in concrete work and specialized Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) construction. As a certified ICF installer, Rodrigo has built a reputation for delivering high-performance, energy-efficient structures that meet the most rigorous standards. His experience spans a diverse range of projects, from custom residential homes to complex commercial tenant finishes for national brands and religious institutions.
At AquaForm, Rodrigo integrates his deep understanding of concrete structural integrity and advanced building techniques into every project. He focuses on the synergy between durable flatwork, specialized pour backs, and the superior thermal mass properties of ICF systems. Rodrigo's commitment to consistent quality, strict deadline management, and comprehensive project execution ensures that every aquatic environment is built on a foundation of excellence and long-term durability.
